Can't. Move.

We went splunking in the caves and damn are we black and blue. This
wasn't the type of cave where you occasionaly have to duck your
head...no, this was a cave where you had to crawl on your belly and
wiggle through cracks and crevaces. Totally worth it. We could barely
move afterwards.

We're staying at the Red Bus II Hostel. Its a nice place. Its clean and
has a nice day staff... its the night staff you have to worry about.
This one guy in particular lets his friends party at the hostel all
night... this wouldn't be so bad if part of the appeal for the hostel
is that it boast of a quiet place to stay. Ah well. On the 4th, we're
catching a train out to...ummm.... you know what, I forget. We're going
to see Bory(???) Castle and then we're heading to Austria.

We'll times up and we're low on cash.

Love to everyone

  1. Ahh! Good experience for when you own a house and need to fix things in the crawl space. If you ever get a free helmet, hang on to it. It comes in handy for the never-ending house repairs.

Ernesto was the hurricane that wasn't. Even the TV stations got bored with it and started putting on commercials at 5 pm and then regular shows at 7 pm - well before Ernesto came inland. The only thing that happened at the house was that the empty bird feeder fell off the rocks. And then I accidentally pulled a couple chairs into the pool with the hose when I was washing down the patio a couple days later. And Debi does not like her chairs to get into the pool!

All the boys are fine. They've got me trained to take them out and brush them once in a while. Smoky LOVES spending the rain-free mornings outside with me. Chewy thinks an ice cube is a treat. And good ole Target gets more petting than everyone else cause he's such a sweetie pie.

How do we send cash without buying anything?

And yes, I look very bad. Now I'm a black-and-blue monkey.

  5. Slippery clay covered rocks, very deep. Its like the second longest cave in the world. It had crystals and lime with fossiles. It had sulfer holes from when the hot springs made the caves. Most of the passageways were very narrow with low ceilings. All in all a grand time but my wrist started hurting in the end.

Oh, the guy leading us had a candle on his helmet... don't think we got a picture of it.
